This was the famous mexico airforce video taken with FLIR camera (infrared).
There were many discolosures from official sources in the past years, the last one being the UK relasing their ufo files under FOIA (freedom of information act).
Nonetheless I think we are still far from a real open disclosure…. visitors will do better to show and present themselves
