The state of the internet as I see it
This week I’m going to be talking about my views on some things that is going on on the web today, the way I see it. I’ve been thinking about a lot of things the last week or so, wondering if I should continue blogging, for how much longer, or if there was something else I would be interested in doing online.
I’ll be honest with you, I really want to go completely online as far as what I do to make a living. I know that this is probably not likely to happen with just blogging. But I really feel that online, the web, technology is my calling, is what I should be doing with my life. Maybe it’s more of a fantasy than a calling, but it’s something I’ve always felt from the first time I sat in front of a computer in High School.
I actually started blogging by accident, mainly because of a project that I was working on got scrapped by my web host and all the work I had been doing was lost. I know, I should’ve had everything backed up, but I didn’t. Lesson learned (and to tell you the truth, I’m still not that great at keeping things backed up). The blogging came along to past time while I rebuild my little project but I fell in love with it and just continued, eventually starting a second blog
I will be touching on blogging, internet video, podcasting and other things that has become pretty popular in the past several years.
