Listen to your Podcast on the go, on any phone.

People love their podcast, I know I listen to quite a few myself. I use to have a podcast of my own (haven’t released an episode in a few months). I’m always on the lookout for ways to make receiving and listening to Podcasts a little easier.

Was just checking through some of my email and got a "heads up" from Todd the geek (of Geeknewscentral) about a unique way to listen to podcast, if you just have to have it right now. I went over to Podlinez.net to find out that you can actually listen to your favorite podcast over the phone. Its pretty simple. Each podcast listed on the site has a telephone number beside it. When you call that number, you can listen to the most recent episode of that podcast. Of coarse they had some of the favorites, such as

• TWIT (This Week In Tech)  +1 (831) 480-3911
• 1 Up Yours +1 (631) 964-6644
• Geek News Central +1 (510) 495-6318
• Geek Brief +1 (831) 480-3940

And many others. Over 800 listed so far.

As far as adding your podcast to the list, all you have to do is visit Podlinez.net, and put in your RSS feed to your podcast and you will be assigned a number.

I cant see this replacing what I’m using now to listen to podcast, but it is pretty handy if you want to hear something and dont have access to syncing your iPod.
