I don't think a game itself could be a 10/10, but I think the entertainment and replay factors could definitely make it a 10/10. Since GTA IV is a sandbox game, the playability is unlimited since you can do whatever you want, even if it means no missions. Plus, you can always use codes to give you unlimited health, ammo, and such to make it even more entertaining. I'll probably pick it up soon, I just don't want to spend hours and hours each day playing video games like I did for so long. I miss the weapon selection from San Andreas, and there is still that issue of "when you need a specific vehicle, they are never around, but once you are driving it, they are the only vehicle on the road. You could on DOA: Beach Volleyball for the XBox, but not GTA IV for the 360?
