There are times when you need a little online privacy. You need to beable to hop online, without anyone knowing what you are doing?

Maybe you are at work and there are internet restrictions.

Maybe you are accessing websites on a public or borrowed PC and you don’t want to leave any tracks.

There are a few ways to get around internet filters, and browse anonymously, Ive spoke about some before.

XeroBank-XB Browser

Get yourself a USB drive, a thumb drive or something that you can carry with you. Then download the XB browser, copy it over to your thumb drive and you will have all the software you need to bypass firewalls and internet filters. The XB browser is basically the all too familiar Firefox browser configured to use the Xerobank network to surf the web. The Xerobank network is what is usually called a "tor" network. You connect to the Xerobank service, then all of your browsing is routed through that network of servers. You are  bounced around so many times that it is hard to keep track of who you are when you visit places. Also, since your connection is routed through the  Xerobank servers, and not directly to a website, you can get around most firewalls, filters or blocks that the local network or PC you are using has, great for getting around the firewall at work.

The good thing about the XB browser is that it runs right from your thumb drive (or cd/dvd). No installation.

There are 2 ways to use the XB browser. First you have the free browser. All you have to do is download it and your set. Speeds may not be as fast as you’re use to, but slower speeds are better than no speeds if it is bypassing the blocks that are keeping you from surfing. You can also get  Xerobank Plus, which is a paid account that adds email and faster speeds.
