And WHOA!!!, it seems like Bioshock is going to be a smoker.

The first real review information I heard was on the 1up.com podcast about a week ago. Garnett went on and on about how great this game is. Really heightened my interest a little more than it had already. So needless to say this game has jumped a little higher on my anticipation scale than *gasp* Halo 3. Today I went to Gamerankings.com to check to see if there were any reviews of this game listed yet and check this out.

99% with 6 out of the 9 reviews so far giving Bioshock a perfect score!!!

So I got to thinking. Its coming up on the year mark for my blogging career (if you can call it that) and I had been looking for some type of contest or something to celebrate. What better contest could there be other than to give away one of the hottest games of this holiday season.

Do you want a copy of Bioshock for Free?

I thought you would, but you got to do something for me. Nothing is completely free. First let me explain the prize.

I will be giving away 2 copies of Bioshock….yep you heard it 2 COPIES OF BIOSHOCK. So there will be 2 winners.

Bioshock is being released on Both the PC and the Xbox 360, so the winners will have a choice between those 2 platforms.

Now you ask "What do I have to do to win" Ok heres the rules and how to enter.

  1. You have to live in the US (sorry US only)
  2. You have from now Aug 17 2007 to Aug 31 2007 to apply
  3. You must be 18 years of age or older.

To apply you have to do 2 things.

  1. Subscribe to have the RSS feed delivered via email. you can click here to do so, or use the form on the right.
  2. Leave a comment, using the same email address you used for the RSS feed stating which version, PC or Xbox 360, you would like if you win (put your email address in the comment form, not the actual comment)

Ok I said nothing was completely free, and like most contest’s and givaways, they are promotions. And signing up to the RSS feed via Email does 2 things. makes it easier for me to get the email addresses to decide the winner, and hopefully some of you will like the blog and stick around. The only purpose for getting your email address is so I can get in contact with the winners, I will not share or do anything dirty with those addresses. I’m a good guy…believe me.

At the end of the contest, I will take all of the entries and put them in a pile and randomly pick 2 winners. I will then look at this post and see which version of the game they want and send the winners an email to get info on where they want it shipped.

If any of the rules are not followed, Im just going to pick the next random person.
