“Ad manager” and “Active Adsense” makes things a little easier for us Adsense users
I was checking out my Google Adsense account today and saw something that may make things a little easier. Soon there will be the option to manage your Adsense ads from within your Adsense account. That way you dont have to go and re-create the code every time you want to make a change to your Google Adsense.
What will Adsense new Ad Manager allow me to change?
The things that can be changed are the colors, Ad size and channels. As far as when you will get the new Ad manager added to your Adsense account, Google will be rolling it out over the next couple of weeks so just keep checking. The new tab labeled "Ad Manager" will show up under your Adsense setup section when it has been added.
Another feature that you will notice is what Google is calling "Active Adsense". Its quite simple what that is actually. It will only show Adsense units that are getting impressions or clicks When you are viewing your ad performance from within your Google Adsense account. If you have multiple sites or have a lot of Adsense units, this will be helpful as you don’t have to look at the units that didn’t make you any money. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to click a button and see all of your units if needed.
Not really a big deal but it seems like its a little move to help out those Adsense users out there, I know I hate having to re-create the code, cut and paste it to my blog every time I want to change something about an Adsense unit
